Molex Announces New Advanced Solutions Division
Molex Premise Networks is pleased to announce the formation of its new Global Advanced Solutions Division, responsible for promoting Molex’s new Infrastructure Lifecycle Management Technology solutions and for Technical and Warranty Support.

Following on from a restructure of its parent company in late 2008, Molex Premise Networks has undergone a review of its own unique Global functions, and as a result Molex has maintained its Headquarters in the UK whilst moving its customer service functions to Poland and creating the Advanced Solutions Division. This new division will focus heavily on improved communications and work as a single point of contact for Molex Installers on all technical support.
A key focus for the team has been to review the Molex warranty programme in conjunction with Installer feedback, and as a result is currently being revised to incorporate an online application portal making all applications smoother, more streamlined and efficient for our customers.
Simon Hewitt has been appointed as Regional Director for Advanced Solutions in Northern Europe, and comments that “This is a significant occasion for Molex - one that aims to exceed both our customer and industry expectations and demands. The Advanced Solutions team has been heavily involved in the development of new products soon to be released, as well as focusing on improved service levels for our customers”. He continues; “We are moving into new solutions driving technology within the industry, but have not forgotten the core values that have defined us for over 30 years, and that is to offer premium products and solutions and a service and warranty support that is second to none”.
Simon is supported by a team of ten Advanced Solutions personnel who are already developing and implementing the new systems and support functions on a global scale.
